Our Junior Triathlon program includes classes in swimming, cycling, running, and strength. Kids will work with professional triathletes and USAT Certified Coaches while learning the fundamental and advanced skills required for each triathlon discipline.
Junior Triathlon is great for kids that are interested in multiple activities and developing fitness, character and a love of the sport! Our Junior Triathlon program is year-round; monthly and weekly options (Summer only,) are available.
Fall Schedule (Begins August 19th):
Mondays 4:30-5:30pm at AASA (Swim)
Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm Outdoor Rides at the Veloway
Thursdays 4:30-6:00pm at AASA (Strength, Run, Swim)
Requirements: Must be able to swim one lap of a pool (50 yards), run one lap of a track (1/4 mile) and bike two miles. Each participant must have his/her own bicycle and helmet.
