5 Sessions Throughout the Summer!
June 17 – June 28
July 8 – July 19
July 22 – August 2
August 5 – August 16
Days/Times: Monday – Friday, 1:30-3:30pm
Each day includes 1 hour of swimming + 1 hour of strength training.
Prerequisites: It is recommended that participants are able to swim 4 lengths of the pool continuously. Please note the class will require participants to swim several lengths of the pool at a time. This is not a learn to swim class.
-Swim cap (for collar length hair or longer)
-Athletic shoes and socks
-Athletic clothing for dry-land training
