Calling all triathletes! Dust off those goggles and jump start your tri season with our 4-week swim and strength clinic! Whether you’re a newbie or an experienced triathlete, this clinic has something for you!
Clinics will combine functional strength training, swimming techniques, and conditioning to help you become an all around better swimmer! This clinic is for novice to intermediate swimmers; perfect for starting the tri season with a stronger, more efficient swim!

Preseason Plunge & Pump Clinic
Dates: February 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Times: 12:00-2:00pm
Each day includes 1 hour of swimming + 50 minutes of strength training.
Ages: 18+
Prerequisites: It is recommended that participants are able to swim 4 lengths of the pool continuously. Please note the class will require participants to swim several lengths of the pool at a time. This is not a learn to swim class.
Cost: $200
Equipment Needed:
-Swimsuit
-Goggles
-Swim cap (for collar length hair or longer)
-Fins
-Kick board
-Towel
-Athletic shoes and socks
-Athletic clothing for strength training
