Preseason Plunge & Pump Clinic
Dates: February 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Each day includes 1 hour of swimming + 50 minutes of strength training.
Prerequisites: It is recommended that participants are able to swim 4 lengths of the pool continuously. Please note the class will require participants to swim several lengths of the pool at a time. This is not a learn to swim class.
