Join Coaches from the Austin Aquatics and Sports Academy on Sunday, April 23rd for a Rookie Triathlon Course Preview Clinic. Whether it’s your first triathlon or your 100th spin on the course, this clinic will provide a ton of tips and strategies for tackling the course.

The Tentative Clinic Schedule:
7:30a-8:00a Quick Transition Clinic along with a Tire Change Clinic.
8:00am Supported Ride on the Race Day Course. We’ll have SAG support driving the course and coaches/volunteers riding with various groups as well to offer tips, tricks and support along the way. We’ll ride the course once, but there’s always an option to ride it a second time.
Post-Ride Run On Portions of the Course (will require park entry fee).
We’ll also have a Coach Discussion/ Q&A on Pacing, Gearing, Hydration and Nutrition for this race.
