Our pool remains compromised and we are working to get everyone back in the water as quickly as possible. We’re in a waiting game right now to see if the chemical treatments clear the water and get the dirt to settle to the bottom. If so, we’ll be able to start vacuuming and cleaning immediately. Who wants to go for a dip to see what’s lurking at the bottom?!?!?! The worst case scenario is that we will have to completely drain the pool, which will take a few days. We’ll know if that is the case tomorrow morning.
Unfortunately, we have to continue to cancel all swim programming, including Austin Swim Club, Masters Swim, and Freestyle Fundamentals workouts. This also includes the cancellation of the Swim Meet that we were producing on Saturday and Sunday.
For those who have called, emailed and texted your support and offers to help, THANK YOU. Your patience and willingness to help are so much appreciated. Truly, we are grateful to have a wonderful family.
In the meantime, we’ll keep adding bonus indoor Cycle and Strength/Conditioning workouts. If you’d like to hop in any of these, just let me know and I’ll get you on the schedule.
