All Smiles before the start!
Congratulations to one of our loyal Master’s Swimmers, Judy Pusch, on her stellar performance in her very first open water swim: The Carter Lake Crossing in Berthoud, Colorado! She finished this 3-mile swim with an impressive time of 1:28 — awesome for a flatlander from Texas swimming at altitude in the mountains.
There may have been a little wetsuit mishap at the beginning, but it didn’t hold this athlete back from continuing her swim and finishing strong. How does she feel? “I’ll definitely be doing it again,” she said with enthusiasm and her trademark smile.
